This episode was extremely relevant to me! It brought into focus some things I hadn’t thought about before. I have been quarantining with my family for upwards for 6 weeks. Hearing Abrutyn talk about mental health related to circumstances in the home made me think that I’m probably not the only one feeling some sort of way, and that it’s okay to feel a variety of emotions. Super relatable episode!
