AMC TV’s Breaking Bad wrapped up its five-season run on Sunday, and many people are buzzing about the concluding episode. I thought that it was great, and I am enjoying reading about what others think, such as commentary by the two lead actors. I’ve also been thinking about other series finales, good (Roswell), bad (The X-Files), and ugly (Lost). What were some of the finales that you loved or hated, readers?

This was the best series finale I have experienced. LOVED it. All of the characters end up where I thought they should be, but there were still some surprises.
"Big Love" was disappointing. Not apocalyptic enough. "Weeds" was interesting, because while it wasn't quite what I wanted or expected, it was simultaneously realistic/inevitable, and tinged with mystery (who did it?).

Agreed on Breaking Bad, Kelly! I only watched a few episodes of Weeds, and never watched Big Love. I'm hoping that the finale of Dexter was good, but I haven't yet seen any of the last season episodes. No spoilers, please!
