“Best of 2018: Children Learn Rules for Romance in Preschool,” by Allison Nobles. Research in Sociology of Education finds that children in preschool classrooms learn that heterosexual relationships are normal and that boys and girls have different roles to play in them.

“Reactions to Racial Projections,” by Jean Marie Maier. Recently The New York Times interviewed social scientists to get their reactions to the projections that non-hispanic whites will soon become a numerical minority.
