Course Guides and Collections
Course Guides collect strong SocImages posts organized in a way that follows standard syllabi for frequently-taught sociology courses or cover particular books, articles, or theorists. Collections are topical and usually inspired by current events. If you’re a sociology professor or graduate student and would like to volunteer – browse our archives, pull out the most compelling posts, and arrange them in ways other instructors would find familiar and convenient — SocImages would love to feature your collection!

i really like the hunger games and i like rue. but i wish that there were more thinks from the book in the movie. i was reading articles from this web site about rue being black and it piss's me off how racist some people are. i mean it doesnt matter what coler we are. are that matters is who we are and that we are all created equal. and let me tell that the people out there that are racists, you should be ashamed of yourselves because no matter what race or religion, we are all the same.

I am in final stages to film and produce a film documentary
to raise awareness on Female Genital Mutilation, screen it in 3 East African
countries and work with more activists to work towards ending Female Genital Mutilation in East Africa. Here
is the link to the campaign page for the
film documentary http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/kata-ending-female-genital-mutilation
I am actually trying to end Female Genital Mutilation in a
country where few men can move forward and even talk about it and government
isn't taking bold steps to end
this cruel and life-threatening treatment of girls and women.
I am requesting you feature my campaign your site.
