That may be the grossest Halloween costume, but there are several more highly suggestive costumes on that web site. The "sexy nurse" is among the more tame.
I didn't realize the English are so into Halloween, or at least the adult dress up part of Halloween.

Halloween is a carnival (in the bakhtinian sense) focused on making fun of death (not making fun of minorities or the poor). So, this costume represents exactly what Halloween is about, even tho the quality is lacking.
I've seen a body bag at a Halloween party before, one guy was brought in by his mates in a body bag looking more like the real thing, they put him on a table and he cut himself out of it, almost naked and with fake blood all over him. Everyone loved it.

It's gross, but it's also really unimaginative. It looks like someone had extra sexy cat costumes or something that they couldn't get rid of and just cut off the ears and slapped on a "Property of the Coroner" sticker.
