I don't see the big deal. If your girl (or boy) seems to fit into the description of the other shirt better, then get them that one. If you don't want to enforce gender stereotypes anyway, the shirt color or font shouldn't stop you from getting the shirt that best fits your child's interest/personality.

The second one is highly gendered, but I actually feel like the first one is gender-neutral. I don't think anybody would look twice at a little girl wearing the first one.
