Is it bad that I approve of all of these, especially the Russian example? :-)
Anyway, lets not forget the famous Pepsi "sex" can scandal from the 1990s:

A bit more subtle, and could even be considered "unisex" exploitation, but the Pepsi sex cans caused a huge national media fuss at the time and ultimately if I remember correctly were pulled from store shelves by Pepsi.
