While the supreme court decision was an amazing over-reach from a constitutional perspective I'm glad they did it. In America, our governments shouldn't tell us who we can marry and SCOTUS told a bunch of them to knock it off.

Anyone know if the SCOTUS decision also applies to common law marriages in those states (and DC) that still recognize common law marriages?
