I am going to be honest. In this country it isn't okay to be at your own healthy weight. Unless that healthy weight is super thin and pre-emaciated looking. It sucks, but that's who it is. I love that actress in Mad Men though. She really does fit the image of that whole show. But what that article and the links are telling us is that we shouldn't listen to her and instead we should strive for thin bodies.
