It seems the food-and-sex-themed images just won’t stop coming! In these astroglide ads, women (and men?) are nothing but a slick, tasty slit and hole (found here):
And Andrew sent these Puma ads (found here) (look closely):
NEW (Feb. ’10)! Софи А. sent along a similar ad campaign:
Also in sexualized food: mustard and ketchup are sexy, do you desire white meat?, hot dog!, and a whole slew of examples.

I'd be interested to find out what the last 4 say.

PS have the woman's ribs been completely cut out to add the fruit? wow.

Also, I do somewhat appreciate the first ad, at least it is selling its product, not just adding gratuitous sex for no reason. Though they do make me a bit uncomfortable, if I was a child walking by a billboard or flipping through a magazine, I would not have an image imprinted in my mind that could have damaging effects in the future.
Though these fruit ads are a bit more graphic, they remind me of the KY body lotion ads.. they are talking about sex, even in a bed -- but they are so innocent that I think they are so appropriate for their product as well as witty. The couple is in a bed, but they look like, "Oh, that's my mom and dad".. clothed, not touching. I think they're great!

The last 4 ads says "Practice Healthy Habits". They are from a Brazilian motel which offers a "tropical breakfeast" for those who spend a night in there. Since in Brazil all motels are sex motels, the sexuality here is by no means gratuitous. Actually, I think the ads even pretty ingenious (altough a little bit gross).
