This is fascinating. I wonder what proprietary rights in our social media information might be legally recognised in the future (aside from just leaving your passwords to your executor as a practical matter). If such rights are ever legally recognised, they could potentially become a form of property that a person can pass on in their will (ie, so those rights can be gifted to a family member, etc).
