Stephen explains how Edward Said\u2019s writings on Orientalism shaped his <a href=\"https:\/\/rowman.com\/ISBN\/9781498584524\/Koreatowns-Exploring-the-Economics-Politics-and-Identities-of-Korean-Spatial-Formation\">research<\/a> on the popularity of Korean American chefs in South Korea\u2019s food and beverage industry.
