When we talk about structural inequality, critics often note that we shouldn&#8217;t disregard individuals&#8217; efforts to work and earn a better life. Getting a college degree is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/education\/archive\/2017\/02\/the-coded-language-of-for-profit-colleges\/516810\/\">one of the centerpieces<\/a> of this argument.
