in\u00a0\u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2013\/08\/jason-richwine-race-iq-genetics-95765.html\" target=\"_blank\">Yes, Let\u2019s Talk about Race and IQ<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The second sounds like it belongs better in <em>Cosmopolitan<\/em>, but I promise there&#8217;s good sociology in there: \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.salon.com\/2013\/08\/14\/5_reasons_your_sexual_peak_might_be_fake\/\" target=\"_blank\">5 Reasons Your \u2018Sexual Peak\u2019 Might be Fake<\/a>.\u201d <i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Backstage at SocImages, we put together a new Pinterest board aimed at collecting examples of women being presented as catty and jealous of one another (e.g., &#8220;Don&#8217;t hate me because I&#8217;m beautiful&#8221;). \u00a0We call it the <a href=\"http:\/\/pinterest.com\/socimages\/the-mean-girls-meme\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mean Girls Meme<\/a>. \u00a0We&#8217;re excited to add additional examples!<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Gwen and I offered some <a href=\"https:\/\/thesocietypages.org\/socimages\/2013\/08\/28\/advice-for-new-college-students-from-two-sociologists\/\"
