Says a survey. Conducted by cleaning product.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/jezebel.com\/5741933\/women-simply-love-to-clean-with-gentlemanly-bubbles#ixzz1C4LF5YZt\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/thesocietypages.org\/socimages\/files\/2011\/01\/usa.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-32732 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/thesocietypages.org\/socimages\/files\/2011\/01\/usa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"266\" height=\"301\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Apparently under the impression that we also believe cigarettes are soothing to the throat and little kids love laxatives, <a title=\"Click here to read more posts tagged #scrubbingbubbles\" href=\"http:\/\/jezebel.com\/tag\/scrubbingbubbles\/\">Scrubbing Bubbles<\/a> (or rather, the impartial survey they commissioned) informs us (via USA  Today) that an overwhelming percentage of women in every age group  &#8220;enjoy the dirty work of keeping their house clean.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Now, I know there are indeed women \u2014 and men, for that matter \u2014 who  do indeed find satisfaction in the tangible rewards of cleaning  (although I can&#8217;t pretend to be one of them.) But&#8230;why is this survey  for and about women exclusively? Maybe because it comes from the same  universe in which women \u2014 exclusively \u2014 scrub and sweep and swiffer with  expressions of cheerful serenity in pastel-hued V-necks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">That said, in their defense, at least as of 1978, the bubbles themselves seem to have been masculine.
