The image takes the form of a flowchart, created by Mlawski at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.overthinkingit.com\/2010\/10\/11\/female-character-flowchart\/\" target=\"_blank\">Overthinking It<\/a> (which is currently experiencing technical difficulties).
