The self-justifying nature of bureaucracies sometimes blind us to the <span class=\"text_exposed_show\">human dimensions of those processes. <a title=\"Academic Accusations and Investigations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ieLIOBkMgAQ\"><em>The Hunt<\/em> <\/a>is a cautionary tale of the unintended consequences of even the best-intentioned policies and procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"userContent\"><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">This weekend I saw this highly acclaimed Danish film.
