Google is working on streamlining the online social experience with <a href=\"http:\/\/code.google.com\/apis\/opensocial\">Open Social<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Step 2: Use your new network to connect with individuals doing similar work, to support causes you believe in, or to raise awareness about important issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><u>Organizing Activism:<\/u> <span style=\"font-style: italic\">Ms. Magazine<\/span> (Winter 2008) recently reported on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153an underground movement\u00e2\u20ac\u009d of individuals who organized via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/\">Facebook<\/a> to protest sexist advertising in the tube system by placing stickers with messages on them has gained national attention in the United Kingdom.
