My dictionary defines \u00e2\u20ac\u0153mild\u00e2\u20ac\u009d as gentle, easy-going, and slow to get angry.  Lightly flavored and not strong, hot, spicy, or bitter in taste.  Pleasant and temperate and not excessively hot or cold.
