		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m pretty sure it&#039;s literally impossible for most of a congressional district to be in any one town; that would require that &#039;town&#039; to have over 250,000 residents. Only 75 cities in the country have that many residents.


Plus, I&#039;m not sure how anyone can honestly come to the conclusion that everyone in a large town has the same opinion on anything.]]></description>
