The problem is that this site is blaming the news for changing its story. the news is supposed to be an account of what actually happened. what if their original story was incorrect? they talked to someone with better knowledge of the situation who said that the police didnt originally allow the protestors onto the bridge before arresting them. then that source was openly credited for his information. would we rather they kept it secret?

This article isnt really shifting the blame from one side to another its making the story more sensational. and this site is doing the same thing

too often we assume everyone has an agenda.

If the founders and first few participants of this OCCUPY WALL STREET movement, had a meeting about it to plan it out, it would never have happened. Some overly PC perticipant would have objected to the name (or something else trivial) and they would have been “stuck” on the issue for several weeks or months, and everyone would have just quit before the police or spooks would even have a chance to shut them down..
