God made us to be the caretakers of the earth and the creatures in it. It is so sad to see how far we have gotten from that. Even the farmers who really do take care of their animals are being threatened by groups that think they know better.

i think these things are very sad…
the way that these animals were here first and now instead of us adapting to them the animals who were here first now are now haiving to adapt to us….
and thats not right…this is a real issue that has concerned many people…
and i know im only 15 but i can even see the issue here…

I have to wonder how she got that second photo of the black bear. She can’t be more than a few feet away! o_o

I wondered that too, but then I thought, “Maybe she knows a good taxidermist.”

After all, as Lisa notes in the post, the images are “staged.”

Thought-provoking images. I have to admit, I paused at the picture of the older woman to look out her window. The birds in the cage seemed so “natural” that I didn’t notice them.

That image of the wolf howling at the streetlight drives it home.
