		<description>I agree that how you start in life has an influence on the quality of education that you will receive.  Don&#039;t forget that education starts at home on Day 1!

I just like how the graph grows exponentially at the tail end.  Imagine 15% unemployment in 2010, now that would be funny!</description>

		<description>It&#039;s really pretty sad.  The better you start off in life (financially, health care, etc...), the more likely you are to go to and graduate college.  So, there are many exceptions but the trend overall is that the same people on the bottom stay on the bottom.  I just wish there wasn&#039;t a bottom, a country that has multitudes of billionares shouldn&#039;t have anyone below the poverty line.</description>
