I assure you, my thesis is the most boring thing on earth. It’s an investigation of adoption of two technologies and is not the least bit interesting. I haven’t managed to get anything published out of it yet.

Those large herds make me sick. Raising any animal is large numbers is sickening. In Iowa they are airing commercials for California dairies. “Happy cows”, my ass. Presumably, the cows are happier because they are in sunny California and not in the cold Midwest or East.

I went with Crab when he called on a dairy farmer once. They were feeding the cows all kinds of crap — cotton seed waste and old candy from a candy factory. I wonder what supplements California finds?
