Catherine M.-F. sent us this link to a website for an alcoholic cider being marketed to women. The website encourages women to choose one of four men:
1. A “risky” black man named CJ Brown, born in the U.S., who “knows the street… knows the night… is tough, but he loves his cat.”
2. A brown-skinned “cassanova” named Santino, born in Martinique. “Some say he’s slick, some say he’s sly. He’s a ladies man, that’s why.”
3. A chubby Mexican named Pancho who we are supposed to laugh at and find disgusting. He is ”el romantico,” also the server. Before he was the bartender he “sold oranges on Tijuana’s central market.” He, by the way, “likes taking orders.”
4. A white “outdoor lover” named Bruce, born in London. He’ll take you out for a “funky night ride.”
