Damn right. You won’t hear the feminazis talking about that–just about how we’re worthless trash compared to them, while they literally DO steal from us and destroy us. It’s more like Equal Pay for Unequal Work…and it proves the axiom yet again that men and women are not equal, nor can there ever be “equality” between two unequal things. There can, however, be dumb people who can snap photos, as the illustration above clearly proves.

Yes and I have worked in places where the sexes were supposed to be equal and were in pay.The problem was at one (at a fast food restaurant)The female cook ,who was paid 10 cents an hour more than me,did not have to work Friday nights because that was when the truck arrived and had to be unloaded by hand.For a roofing company where each man was required to carry abundle of shingles from the conveyor to areas designated on the roof and both women worked together to carry a bundle.We were all paid the same.A foundry where I had to do the heavier rims that came to our cell because the woman working with me couldn’t do the job.They were heavy but I was male so I just had to get to where I could do it.Again the same pay.A swing set factory where the women were given the easier and cleaner jobs than the men because the men could do more in less time,again the same pey.Most jobs only look at one thing and thats their net profit.They could care less if your male,female,black,white,yellow or even blue.They are in it to make money and what ever they have to do to get the most out of their employees is what they do.

There’s a contradiction in the message, that turns against feminism:

If there is a job to steal, that a man would like to steal, it can’t be so bad, because she got the job once! And why fucking round with people, whom you don’t trust, but ok…

What is true is, that women are excluded from job opportunities because of a certain bias in most countries. And it also happens regulary, that a woman is doing the job well and then a man comes in and harvests the yield because of representativeness…
And it happens, that there are jobs, where mostly women work, like in some factories, because women more often get the additional income of a household and are therefore less often as aggressive with getting the money for all the familiy, because there is more often a man who although works. A vicious circle.

Yeah, right. I was told by my longstanding boyfriend (now obviuosly ex – he dumped me) that it’s women like me that cause problems for men – apparently we make them feel insecure. Would have thought that a bright, sassy, together partner to share stuff with would be a plus, but who am I to judge – clearly got it completely wrong. And as we are all, on occasion, shy, vulnerable, stupid and dumb – why make a gender issue out of it?

@ mahesh: how do you propose to make reprimands otherwise? it’s the same criticism of affirmative action here in the u.s. but it does not hold water. if mistakes have been made, they must be eventually remedied for the situation to become equal. you can’t just say “we are equal now” and expect people to be satisfied, or indeed social equality to be achieved. mahesh, were you here in the u.s. where we are dealing with the negative media portrayal of people of your and my skin color, perhaps you might be more amenable to the plight of women throughout the world.

In India, the Government is planning to launch a new law, which will provide Job Reservation for women in any Government Company or Office.

Once this law gets passed, if you are woman, you will easily get a job.

Now tell me, isn’t this Gender Discrimination.

I find it hard to believe that even in this world we can still have prejudice against people just because of their skin colour, gender, or orientation.
