Not by American standards! American bust sizes up a whole cup size in ten years, due to hormones in meat, milk supplies, also: Little girls no longer "Under-Age" physically at eleven or twelve, urges to start families, and not mature enough to know why - A tragedy for American youth, artificially induced!
