		<description><![CDATA[That is tough news. My husband&#039;s company is is turmoil after an expected merger was scuttled over the xmas holiday. 10% across the board staff cuts are expected by mid-month, so we sit and wait. 

All things pass eventually but it is uncomfortable in the meantime.

My husband is underemployed (again) after this last lay-off but all the angst/budget woes have been opportunities for growth. Not that I wouldn&#039;t give up the growth for solvency but I&#039;m working on a positive outlook for 2009. (And I know I need to get that review to you -- the holidays had me swamped and I&#039;m just coming out from under them!!)]]></description>
