Similar levels of satisfaction is quite the arbitrary measurement! Well, for young (and old) people who are interested in female orgasm I recently ran across this article in UCLA paper. A reliable way to give a woman an orgasm everytime, sounds good to me. Yes, pratice, practice practice is the only way to get really good at something!

Stanford sociologist Paula England and colleagues have been collecting a lot of data about hooking up at colleges and universities around the country. In college-aged hook ups, men come a lot more than women do. But, women and men both report similar levels of satisfaction. We could debate these results--what do men vs women mean by satisfaction? But, at the Council on Contemporary Families conference where Paula presented some of her data last spring, most of the discussion centered on the notion that women who report satisfaction are probably the best source for knowing whether they are satisfied. We're collecting data on hooking up here at Framingham State College, too, so I'll report back when we get some results! One more thing: my uncle gave me great advice about this, a long time ago. When it comes to enjoying sex (and relationships), practice, practice, practice.
