		<description>Don&#039;t worry the Ivy Tech instructors aren&#039;t using Pronto, much to my dismay as an online student. I believe that Pronto would be excellent for an online student. As it stands now an online student with Ivy Tech is basically self-teaching. All the instructors provide is a syllabus with guidelines, due dates, and testing dates - and Ivy Tech guidelines that an instructor needs to respond in 2-3 days isn&#039;t acceptable for an online class. As an online student we usually pay more for our classes then the campus student, yet rarely get even close the time the campus student receives. I wish we could get the instructors for the online courses to use Pronto. The positives with Pronto is that it is populated based on classes for that semester, in the next semester instructors &amp; students from previous classes have been removed.</description>
